Early in the month a humble brother began a small sister to grok-budget-mcp, this one for Claude Code: a helper that lets an agent ask how much of its five-hour and weekly allowance is left. Like its elder it only reads the login it finds and never renews it, for a second renewal from outside could unsettle Claude Code’s own. Issue forms, Dependabot and the tests came with it, the first release, v0.1.0, the same evening, and this website soon after.
